– Five #10-32 x 3/4" Screws
– Five #10 Lockwashers - Internal/External
– Five #10 Hex Nuts
– Four 1/4" Internal Lockwashers
– Six 1/4" External Lockwashers
– Four 1/4" Low Crown Nuts
– Two 1/4"-20 x 5/8" Screws
– Two 1/4"-20 x 3/4" Screws
– Four 1/4"-20 Hex Nuts
– Pencil
– Putty Knife
– Tape Measure
– Phillips Screw Driver
– Nut Driver/Rachet

Prepare visor for painting by thoroughly cleaning with a ??? ??? cloth, allow sufficient time to dry, then mask stainless steel moulding. It is not necessary to apply another primer coat before painting. Finish with either a lacqour or ??? enamel are only the top surface of visor.

Assemble body panels right & left along with center support by connecting the ??? flanges & center support with five screws, locwashers & nuts. See Fig 1.

Hook curved end of medallion over forward center section of visor & draw tightly over rear edge. Insert screw through hole in medallion & clear assembly. Fast securely with special nut. ??? ??? at front of medallion tightly into curve of visor leading edge. See Fig 1.

Determine "A" dimension from figure 11 & locate this position on rain gutter with a pencil mark. This is merely a recommended position for the visor & may be varied to suit the driver. "A" dimension should be equal on both sides.

Place ends of visor with bracket plates in rain gutters at pencil mark. Align holes in bracket to visor & bracket plate with bracket over & under gutters. Fasten loosely with lockwashers & ??? nuts. See Fig 1.

Attach center support claws - right & left to the center support with two screws, lockwashers and nuts. Place lockwashers between clamp & center support. See Fig. 11.

Carefully insert knife edges of center support clamps between the windshield center strip & rubber. Do not place edges between rubber & glass. If difficulty is experienced in this ??? loosen center strip from inside of car. Fasten clamps with two screws, lockwashers & nuts. See Fig. 111.

Adjust front edge of visor to "B" dimension as shown in Figure 11 & tighten the center clamp screws.
