Original fuel tank removed from my 1953 Chevy 3100 pickup truck. Should be correct for 1949 through 1953 trucks, although it should also work in 1954 & 1955 1st series trucks. The tank is located under the bed for 1947 & 1948 trucks.

This tank includes the fuel sending unit (as pictured), which was replaced several years ago. Thier is no gunk build-up that I could find but their is a very small layer of surface rust inside the tank. I did notice a small dent near the front bottom of the tank, which is only noticable at certain angles. The dent can be felt when rubbing your hand across it, but it's not visibly obvious.
